4. What time will you deliver the storage containers?
Storage containers are delivered 7 days a week.
Delivery time is between 9:00am and 12:00 noon for the following Greater Vancouver cities; Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Ladner, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond and Tsawwassen.
Delivery time is between 12:00 noon and 4:00pm for the following Greater Vancouver cities; Abbotsford, Aldergrove, Cloverdale, Delta, Fort Langley and Langley, North Surrey, South Surrey and White Rock.
5. When do I need to have my storage containers ready for pick up?
Have storage containers ready for pick up at 11:00am for the following Greater Vancouver cities; Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Ladner, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond and Tsawwassen.
Have storage containers ready for pick up at 12:00 noon for the following Greater Vancouver cities; Abbotsford, Aldergrove, Cloverdale, Delta, Fort Langley and Langley, North Surrey, South Surrey and White Rock.
6. What size is your storage container and how much weight can it hold?
Storage container outside dimensions are 9' deep x 7' high x 7' wide (2.74m deep x 2.13m high x 2.13m wide).
Storage container inside dimensions are 8' 8" deep x 6' 10" high x 6' 8" wide - 394 cubic feet (2.64m deep x 2.08m high x 2.03m wide).
Storage container weight capacity is 3,500 lbs. (1,588 kgs.)

Yes, our mobile mini storage container will fit into a standard parking stall.

Our storage facility is a concrete and steel building and features video surveillance, monitored security alarm system, motion detectors and no access without proper ID and a Mobile Mini Storage employee escort.

12. How do I access my storage containers once in storage?
To access your storage containers, we need a minimum of 3 business days notice. The following are available access hours;
Monday thru Friday - 10:00am to 3:00pm
Saturday - 10:00am to 3:00pm
Sunday - Closed
Statutory Holidays - Closed
Long Weekends - Closed
13. Is there a fee to access my storage container?
There is no fee to access your storage containers.
